Delete an AG Flow account

Never send your password, activation code, backup file, customer list, or financial records with a deletion request. We only need the identifying details below.

How to request deletion

1. Send the request from the email address registered to your AG Flow cloud account.
2. Include the subject AG Flow account deletion request.
3. Include your registered email address and business name.
4. State whether you want to delete only your user account or, if authorized, the entire business cloud workspace.
5. Complete the ownership or authority verification we send back.

What is deleted

• Your AG Flow cloud user account, sessions, and business memberships.
• Cloud data controlled only by you when deletion of the entire business workspace is authorized and verified.
• Associated cloud backups and uploaded media controlled by AI Growth, subject to backup expiry and required retention.

What may remain

• Records controlled by a client business that has other authorized owners or users.
• Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory reasons.
• Local data on your devices and backups in your own Google Drive. You control these and must remove them from the device or Google account.
• Temporary encrypted backups until their normal secure-expiry cycle completes.

We will explain any required retention when processing the verified request.

Timing

We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests involving shared business ownership or legally retained records may require additional time, and we will communicate the status.

Before deleting local data

If you need legally required invoices or accounting records, export them before clearing app data or uninstalling AG Flow. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete an AG Flow cloud account.
